Salade Pasta with Allégro 4% Probio


7 oz (200g) of Allégro Probio
6 cups (725g) 3 colors fusilli pasta
2 celery stalks, cut into sections
2 green onions cut into thin rounds
1 cup (250mL) radishes, finely sliced
1 cup (250mL) mini corn cobs cut into rounds

Dressing Ingredients:
1/2 cup (125mL) olive oil
1/3 cup (80mL) Balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp (15mL) hot Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp (2.5mL) salt
1/4 tsp (1.2mL) pepper
1/2 tsp (2.5mL) dried thyme


In a saucepan, cook fusilli in salted boiling water, 8-10 minutes.
Strain well.
Let stand at room temperature.
In a bowl, mix all cut vegetables and pasta.
Cube Allégro 4% Probio cheese and add to salad.
Put dressing Ingredients in a bowl and whisk.
Pour dressing over salad and toss.
Arrange salad on plates and serve with breadsticks.
