Italian Allégro 4% Herbs & Spices Sandwich

Ingredients

7 oz (200 g) Allégro 4% Herbs & Spices cheese cut into 4 slices
4 crusty Italian rolls
5 oz (150 g) sliced capicole or salami de Gênes
2 tbsps (30 mL) Pesto
¼ cup (60 mL) grilled red bell pepper, cut into strips
8 black olives, pitted and cut into rings
2 leaves Romaine lettuce, finely minced

Method

Cut Panini breads into halves. Spread Pesto on each half.
Evenly distribute lettuce, capicole or salami de Gênes, pepper and olives.
Garnish with a slice of Allégro 4% Herbs & Spices cheese and top with second half of bread.
Serve with a green salad.
