Allégro 4% Probio Gourmet Sandwich


7 ounces (200g) Allégro 4% Probio
4 small baguette type loaves
4 tsp (20mL) butter
4 leaves romaine lettuce
1/2 lb or 8 slices (250g) roast pork
1/4 cantaloupe, sliced
1/4 honeydew melon, sliced
2 tbsp (30mL) parsley, minced

Sauce ingredients:
4 tbsp (60mL) mayonnaise
1 tsp (5mL) wine vinegar
1 tsp (5mL) Worcestershire sauce
1 garlic clove, finely minced
1/8 tsp (0.6mL) salt
1/8 tsp (0.6mL) pepper


Pour all sauce ingredients in a mixer. Bring to a smooth and creamy mixture. Set aside.
Slice loaves in two. Butter bottom piece. Place leaves of romaine lettuce.
place slices of roast pork over each baguette.
Add thin slices of Allégro 4% Probio.
Divide cantaloupe and honeydew melon slices equally. Add minced parsley.
Pour sauce over and top with the second half of the bread.

Serve with a green salad.
